As a native of Deep River, Ontario, Lesley grew up enjoying all that the outdoors has to offer for mind and body. For as long as she can remember, she has known that she was meant to commit herself to cultivating health, both within herself and in her community.

Specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, Lesley has recently joined the team at Deep River Family Chiropractic in downtown Deep River.  Lesley brings with her a holistic understanding of health. Her approach to healing focuses on the body systemically, and is unique to each condition and individual. She recommends a unique healing plan for each patient, because no two individuals—or their conditions—are the same.

Lesley is devoted to treating the root issues of her patients’ health concerns, as she believes that the best way to provide relief is to restore the body’s health—not just to manage illness and mask discomfort. As a Canfit Pro Fitness Instructor Specialist, Lesley also helps her patients with exercise programs, as well as lifestyle and nutritional counselling.
